Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you!

We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service value. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be subject to a fee of 100% of the booked service value. By booking an appointment with 448 Hair Project, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
